Sarcomas of the sinonasal region are rare. There is a distinct spindle cell sarcoma of the sinonasal region characterized by concomitant neural and myogenic differentiation.
On the basis of the locally aggressive nature of this lesion, it is best considered a low-grade sarcoma and suggest the term "low-grade sinonasal sarcoma with neural and myogenic features".

ethmoidal chondrosarcoma
14 December 2009Chondrosarcoma (CS) is a distinctly uncommon tumor in young patients and tends to be located in the extremities. Cartilaginous tumors in young patients are benign tumors.

ethmoidal osteosarcoma
6 November 2009Osteosarcoma uncommonly arises in craniofacial bones and has only rarely been reported to arise in the ethmoid sinus. Most primary osteosarcomas arising in paranasal sinuses are high-grade malignancies.
A low-grade osteosarcoma (parosteal osteosarcoma-like) arising in the ethmoid sinus has also been described.

Epidemiology
Sinonasal natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphomas are common in Asia and areas of South and Central America but are rarely seen in North America and Europe.
Sinonasal NK/T-cell lymphomas in the United States most often occur in ethnic groups from areas of reported high frequency (Asia, Central and South America), although less commonly than in endemic (...) -
